Guest terms

Reservations

A reservation is confirmed when the required payment or deposit has been accepted and a confirmation reference has been issued. Guests are responsible for checking names, dates, guest numbers and room details.

Payments and charges

Prices, taxes, deposits and payment schedules are displayed during booking. Additional services, damages or authorised room charges may be added to the booking invoice.

Check-in and identity

Guests may be required to provide valid identification and complete registration before access is issued. Check-in and checkout times will appear on the booking confirmation.

Use of the property

Guests must use rooms, coworking areas, Wi-Fi and shared spaces responsibly and respect other guests, neighbours and staff. Illegal activity, unsafe behaviour and deliberate damage are prohibited.

Third-party services

Some activities, transport, content, payment or local experiences may be delivered by third parties under their own terms.
